For me personally this movie is quite nice but poor story telling on how the potrait of calvin is alive and literally haunted alex. For me this movie could have more plot twist than only flat climax from the beginning till the end.

Awful !!!!! Poor storyline poor acting , Tom and Jerry is more scary ha , how can the writers sleep at night writing this dross really disappointed i've wasted good money on such a poor film , didn't make sense at all and i mean at all avoid at all costs

I'm confused as to how this movie received fairly positive ratings?? Sites that are always bang-on with their movie reviews are giving it 75%, 6.1/10 etc. ?? Very unimpressed with the whole movie in general, especially the acting and the storyline

too lazy to elaborate its plot beyond its premise. The movie thinks it is enough to let the single idea it has work its way into an illusion of plot; but when the final reveal comes, what should be a surprise feels trite, as it should have been given to us earlier to develop a context from which the plot could have, eventually emerged.
