Audience Member his "hair" tries to hump the girl's hair extensions! a pretty funny spoof of 70s japanese cop shows, which are fairly similar to american 70s cop shows. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member A bizarre and hilarious spoof of 70's cop shows. A team of misfit detectives band together to stop a nuclear explosion. It's a film with a valuable message. No matter who you are, if you be bald, fat, short, old, handsome or have a giant penis, we all have talents and can put them to good use to change the world. The slapstick and visual humour is spot on as is the often deadpan acting that adds to the hilarity. It's short and the kind of silly humour that is relaxing. Hostage situations involving ventriloquist dummies, a giant lightsaber penis and a karaoke intermission are just some of the many highlights in this fun bit of cinema. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Parody of 70s Japanese cop shows is about as entertaining as a 70s Japanese cop show. I guess this has some kitsch for the Japanese... but I'm not Japanese. It has some good sight gags and a few funny jokes, but mostly it's acquired Asian humor. I guess if you either grew up watching the shows, "get" goofy Japanese humor, or are Japanese, you'll probably enjoy this more than I did. I didn't hate it, but it was just a little too long (even with the 79 minute running time) and it had some lulls. If you don't fall in the above mentioned groups, I would recommend skipping this one.
