Nigel Floyd Time Out The film's downbeat switchback ending is neither convincing nor earned. Rated: 2/5 Jun 25, 2013 Full Review Charlotte O'Sullivan London Evening Standard The whole thing is laugh-out-loud dumb. Rated: 1/5 Jun 22, 2013 Full Review Xan Brooks Guardian Hyett earned his reputation as a prosthetics wiz on films like The Descent and The Woman in Black; the human monsters he gives us here might as well be made out of cardboard. Rated: 1/5 Jun 20, 2013 Full Review Matt Donato We Got This Covered While lead actress Rosie Day turns in a phenomenal performance, The Seasoning House is more bite than bark, creating an uneven and empty watch. Rated: 5/10 Nov 25, 2013 Full Review Fred Topel CraveOnline An expertly crafted thriller and manages to show a heartfelt side of the issue. Rated: 7.5 out of 10 Oct 24, 2013 Full Review Luke Y. Thompson The Robot's Voice It's atmospheric and a tense journey, arguably not unlike Gravity if you were to replace the vacuum of space with a bunch of angry, accented dudes Oct 9, 2013 Full Review Read all reviews

Jeff R If you think of the brutality currently being inflicted upon people whose country is being invaded, this film is not so far-fetched as some believe. Whether or not the plot and its outcome are realistic, there is satisfaction to be taken in seeing cruelty confronted by the brutalized. Remember, this is not journalism or documentary. It's art, created to move people. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/15/24 Full Review inta k pretty bland and boring. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/13/24 Full Review Jerod S Concept of a deaf and mute girl being stuck in a house of other girls being used by soldiers and then escaping...interesting. But everything from concept to conception sucked. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/23/24 Full Review Audience Member Brutal, grim, and very enjoyable. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/02/18 Full Review Audience Member Whether you loved it or hate it, you have to give it credit because it draws light to a real problem, that of human trafficking which happens every day around the world and can be just as bad as this movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Awesome movie. Brutal, just how I like em'. It gets drawn out towards the end, but its definitely worth the watch.
