Audience Member Well worth a watch, especially at only 75 minutes or so! Very hard to track down any reviews on it, especially as here in the UK it is called The Resident, a title used for a Hilary Swank film from 2011 which gets panned on here. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member There has to be an amazing twist , something its all been building towards , something to point at the TV and say OMG .... No No No its a big steaming pile of going nowhere,. Everything that could of got involved didnt ,, it made no sense, who in their right mind would fund something that was written on a lunch break. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member SUBLET is a suspenseful thriller that is scary and captivating! 4/5 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I enjoyed watching it with my gf and it was only 2 dollars to rent. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member The Sublet is special type of psychological horror. I really enjoyed it when the line between reality and the nightmares or visions started to get blurred...towards the end you start questioning about what happened in the "real" world and what was in Joanna's head. I give it a 4.5/5 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review troy k Turned it off after 15 minutes for being too stupid....might try it again. Emilie Black Cinema Crazed It's a decent film which is entertaining however it may not do much for those looking for a truly scary horror film. Rated: 3.5/5 Apr 19, 2020 Full Review Adrian Mack Georgia Straight Here's a low-budget genre flick front-loaded with mood and effects, and maddeningly indifferent to everything else.
