Well worth a watch, especially at only 75 minutes or so! Very hard to track down any reviews on it, especially as here in the UK it is called The Resident, a title used for a Hilary Swank film from 2011 which gets panned on here.

There has to be an amazing twist , something its all been building towards , something to point at the TV and say OMG .... No No No its a big steaming pile of going nowhere,. Everything that could of got involved didnt ,, it made no sense, who in their right mind would fund something that was written on a lunch break.

The Sublet is special type of psychological horror. I really enjoyed it when the line between reality and the nightmares or visions started to get blurred...towards the end you start questioning about what happened in the "real" world and what was in Joanna's head. I give it a 4.5/5
