This straight to streaming action blockbuster was an absolute blast!... for streaming standards unfortunately. It has great creature designs that are gut turning at times and provides your taste buds with enough comedy, emotion and action to entertain. With that unfortunately comes a film with no real sense of pacing, context, or breathable moments for important characters. It's cool to look at, but mostly when people are fighting extraterrestrials unfortunately.

Great movie! Love Chris Pratt in this movie and it’s peak cinema. The aliens are horrifying and the story is amazing ing every way. Definitely would recommend.

A perfect shot-for-shot remake of Tom Cruise's alien monster film Edge of Tomorrow.... I'm joking of course but the similarities are here - which is totally fine - if you love alien monster films then you'll enjoy this. It lacks comic relief so most of the film is a bit gloomy. And the pacing feels a bit off. Like I was expecting it to be longer or something. But the action is good and the CGI is very monstery. Tom did it better though. Edge of Tomorrow was awesome. Watch that first.
