We get to know these people intimately, and that opens the door to legitimate feelings of hope amidst so much despair. The Twister ultimately reminds us that even the biggest, nastiest, most destructive cloud still has a silver lining. Go to Full Review

Aaron S @AtotheJ Dec 16 Edge of your seat the whole time. Some stories are heartbreaking, some inspiring, all are MIND BLOWING. See more Chang Yu Dennis L Sep 9 I love how they tried to tie in the old twister movie to the new one. See more Russell H Aug 27 Some pretty crazy footage here See more Ed R @JustcallmeER Jul 28 Providing a glimpse into a horrific blunder of mother nature and it's destruction, Netflix chose to follow the stories of individuals who attempt to paint a picture of their view of that tragic day. See more Jean D Jul 16 Jaw dropping, literally. This is more than the documentation of a massive tornado. It brings all the elements of small town simplicity, a religious prophecy met with shocking accuracy, and young people filled with hope of the future/juxtapose a tragedy on par with the actual prediction of their town’s Armageddon. I love that the film focuses on the youth’s experience of it, as it portraits all the hope and innocence of that time in life, and how profoundly it shapes them, after enduring it. Also I thought the actual real time footage and the created content, seemed to blend seamlessly, and the backdrop music added the perfect element of awesome, and eerie. Truly surprised by this one. Don’t overthink it. Just enjoy, and be glad it’s not you. See more Peter V Jun 10 Pretty intense, a bit narrow focus on a handful of individuals, with some crazy video and audio. But the completely offhand global warning comment at the end leaves a bad taste. See more Read all reviews
