      Vineeta It's a really fun indie horror film with some great jump scares and visual/sound effects. Honestly, had trouble falling asleep afterward, so you win horror movie. Got me. The concept is pretty cool too. I just love it when horror is rooted in a messy dysfunctional family living in a gothic house. Another thing I loved about the premise was how the evil box grants them their greatest desire but with STRINGS ATTACHED. It's that personal messiness of this dysfunctional family and the agoraphobic protagonist that really got me far more invested than the jump scared and the spooky atmosphere. But I'm not a horror fan. Horror fans would enjoy it more. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/01/23 Full Review Jonathan H This movie really scared me. It built from a seemingly innocent beginning, introducing the characters, into a sense of dread and finally danger for our protagonists. Once the creepy started it didn't let up.
