      Critics Consensus

Its runtime passes painlessly enough, but The Vault's slickly engineered thrills are dulled by familiarity.

Paul P Pretty boring, follows the heist formula without ever raising the stakes to a point where I cared what happened to anyone. The "twist" was pretty obvious from early on. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/29/24 Full Review Grace P This film was something I truly enjoyed. I found that the characters were able carry the plot beautifully. I found this a inspirational, exciting and thought provoking experience. The strength of the characters was something unique and fresh. I am surprised with the amount of trash reviews, I for one dont beleive it was deserved. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/16/24 Full Review E4123 Though not a particularly unique height movie, The Vault is hooking and beautiful enough to be enjoyable for many. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/03/24 Full Review N D Confusing ending sort of ruined it. I also didn't think there was very much engineering prowess at all, and would have enjoyed more scientific technicality (and I'm no engineer). Also extremely predictable double cross, as well as romance. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/29/23 Full Review Linden D Hmm, this movie was... interesting, i guess. it had most of the smart twists and plot lines you'd expect from a heist movie, but it was pretty average overall. it just didn't really click into place. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/22/23 Full Review Sandy P Fun movie to watch on a rainy day. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Adam Graham Detroit News The scene, the setting and the characters are all familiar, but "The Vault" moves nimbly and efficiently through the motions. Consider this bank job a score. Mar 29, 2021 Full Review Richard Roeper Chicago Sun-Times Liam Cunningham and Freddie Highmore lead the sparkling cast of thieves just crazy enough to try to claim treasure buried deep under the Bank of Spain. Rated: 3/4 Mar 27, 2021 Full Review Peter Rainer FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) Crackerjack direction and the performances are really fun. Mar 26, 2021 Full Review Javier Ocaña El Pais (Spain) ...
