After moving into a beautiful loft apartment in Downtown Montreal, a young couple (Sydney Sweeney and Justice Smith), find themselves becoming increasingly interested in the sex life of their eccentric neighbors across the street (Ben Hardy and Natasha Liu Bordizzo). What starts out as an innocent curiosity slowly turns into an unhealthy obsession, after they discover that one of these neighbors is cheating on the other. Temptation and desire cause their lives to become tangled together in unexpected ways, leading to deadly consequences. Breathing new life into the forgotten genre of erotic thriller, The Voyeurs asks the question, "Is it okay to watch?"

Even with its gaps of intrigue and overly superficial touches, its storytelling just wants a reaction, constantly. It often gets one. The Voyeurs is not a passive experience.

This messy, campy slice of Erotic Thriller is a blast. Sure, it's too long and the twists are utterly ridiculous, but that's more than half of the fun. But seriously: where is the male nudity?!

This movie is frankly very bad. Most importantly, it is incredibly boring. The plot is weak and it relies entirely on a very contrived set piece that does not reflect what peoples's homes and apartments look like in real life. There are many problems with this movie, but let me pose this question: If a person is lucky enough to have Sydney Sweeney as their girlfriend, why in the world would they be interested in the love lives of other people and random strangers??? Why wouldn't they just be trying to do whatever they needed to do to make Sydney happy??? lol Really wanted to watch and enjoy this movie. But it's just bad.

I mean it's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but it is basically just a movie so you can see Sydney Sweeney have erotic times and forces twists you can see coming.

Man munkelt ich habe den Film nur angefangen, weil ich gewisse Freizüge Szenen schon auf anderen Plattformen mehrfach gesehen habe👀 Meine Erwartungen waren also bezüglich der Story auch nicht sonderlich hoch, aber ich wurde doch positiv überrascht! Ein paar details waren ein wenig überspitzt und bisschen weit hergeholt vielleicht, aber das Ende hat mich dann doch fasziniert

I understand that sometimes a two-hour movie doesn't allow you to fully develop an idea. I feel like everything happens very slowly, and then suddenly it goes too fast. And why is there no police presence in this film? Illegal display of intimate photos, suicide/murder—it's entertaining and very intense, but I find it hard to recommend it as a must-see.
