Matrix 1 @Mathijsh Dec 31 Beautifully filmed in documentary style, interspersed with collages of the park where Ivan wanders, and where the viewer also gets lost. We listen to Ivan's voice recounting his life, and we see him as a homeless person in a world where he finds no homecoming. Moving and powerful, hard and soft, The Wanderings of Ivan is simultaneously poetic and realistic, aggressive and tender. The only thing that seems a little out of place is his perfectly trimmed beard and worn-out Nirvana shirt. See more Read all reviews
