It’s not a terrible movie, but it’s not great either. As they say in the old country, The Shyamalan doesn’t fall far from the tree. This film suffers from some of the same on-the nose dialogue and an overreliance on exposition to tell the story.

It's a good debut for M. Night's daughter. If it would have ended after the first hour it would have been better. The last half hour felt tacked on and unnecessary which dragged the movie down.
