Ben O Amazing! Worth a few watches! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/21/24 Full Review Jonathon H There are some movies that shouldn't have been made. This is definitely one them. Watch anything else! You will regret every minute you watch and penny you pay. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/29/23 Full Review P J I created this account just fo tell Joey L. that his review was absolutely hilarious... Thx Bro! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/25/23 Full Review Joey L I created an account here just to shit on this 5/10 movie. You would think having a premise like THE LITERAL BIBLE would make it easy to tell a good story. It doesn't. It's specifically the script that sucks, actually. Sean Bean has to try so hard just to hold the tension. The Actor playing Joseph gives only ego, there's no love in his eyes, and Mary is directionless and weak. The child playing Jesus is pretty good, but is doing far too much. Is it a child? Is it god? Was this movie made for a classroom? Why is everyone English? Seriously the guy playing Joseph is dog ass. Whoever directed this should be shot. Crucifixion would probably validate them. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/25/23 Full Review Shannon R Fantastic! Rotten tomatoes is wrong again. This movie is very well done! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/03/23 Full Review Aisela A Thoughtful, imaginative, nicely done and our family found it faith-inspiring. We watched it with our teenager. Roxana Hadadi Chesapeake Family Magazine The Young Messiah takes a different approach by focusing on a specific point in Jesus's childhood. But the faith-based film drags, and is mostly unremarkable. Rated: 2/5 Aug 2, 2016 Full Review Christian Holub Entertainment Weekly The Young Messiah struggles to hold its audience's attention.
