A discount Tremors with none of the warmth, charm or wit. If it's bad writing, feeble exposition dumps, forced character development and overreliance on musical cues to set the tone you're looking for on the other hand, you've come to the right place.

Where should I start? Not even B grade horror...and that's when you can actually see what's going on in the darkness. Comedy horror it could have been. Script...what script? said the invisible director! This tomato is so past rotten it's almost sundried ;)

They Crawl Beneath is a great entry in the sci-fi body horror subgenre and one that is entertaining throughout. It’s a fun movie that shows that a minimal cast, minimal set, and minimal scrip even can really work when in the right hands.
