The effort required to make this film must have been huge, and what has been achieved is admirable. Certainly, Thine Ears Shall Bleed is a solid experience, which bodes well for what lies in store for the Bigelow boys.

It would honestly be a stronger movie if it began with the ending and shows the progression from there, but not the worst thing ever made on the cheap. The acting ranges from good to passable to inept, but on the whole, not terrible.

Really decent movie, especially given the budget which must have been miniscule. Classic good vs evil in it's purest form. Biblical yet well presented. It reminded me of Lost, sat alone on the island in that respect. Don't expect anything new, its a tale as old as time in many respects but none the less, enjoyable.

Not bad at all as current horror movies go. At the end there was a bit too much telling as opposed to showing and certain things that were obvious got verbally explained which was unnecessary, but the first 75% of the movie was excellent. It was an interesting excellent creepy period horror film until the ending when it became more of a really good episode of something more akin to Tales from the Crypt,
