Synopsis
This film by Sarah Friedland focuses on two HIV-positive women in the Zulu region of South Africa. As the women undergo antiretroviral drug therapy, each responds differently, both physically and emotionally. While Ntombeleni has difficulty with the treatment and its side effects, Danisile fares better and refuses to let the disease get the better of her. Further motivating Danisile is her teen daughter, who isn't prepared to lose her mother to the AIDS epidemic.
