Audience Member What this movie lacks in technical skill (almost a bit painfully so at times) it makes up in an incredibly compelling subject- influential 60s jazz artist Gary McFarland. The guy himself was incredibly interesting, I mean he was that 60s sound we all know and yet never knew the name of. The interviews in this documentary are also pretty great, the people are dynamic and the anecdotes are interesting. You get a great feel for who McFarland was and it's a shame he doesn't seem to get more credit. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Read all reviews
