A solid, simple rom-com. Easy to digest, good production and acting, subtle innuendos thrown in throughout that tie the story together, script doesn’t drag, you want to keep watching to know what happens next… I don’t understand all the bad reviews, I would watch again.

I love rom-coms, particularly christmassy ones - but not this one. The plot was fine - it's just reeeeaaaaally poorly delivered. The acting isn't great & the dialogue is so unbelievably cringe (and not in an endearing cheesy way). I could only get halfway through before i switched it off, i did go back and watch the second half the next day - and it was just as bad. Wouldn't recommend.

I’m giving this half a star because I can’t give it a zero. Possibly one of the worst films I’ve watched, and annoyingly it’s two hours of wasted time. Maybe the half a star is for the music, which was very good (and therefore conspicuous against the terrible storyline and acting). Don’t watch
