Leticia q Oh my gosh this baby is ohio I better see it right now Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/10/23 Full Review Nya Cutie T I really didn't like this short film. I found it to be VERY bad! The only good thing about this movie was the animation on the toys. But the rest of the film was either meh, or awful. It starts out fine at first, but the baby Billy ruined it for me! I'm not scared of spiders, flu shots, or even Chucky (probably because I never watched it), but the baby has to be the most TERRIFYING, UGLY, HIDEOUS thing I've ever seen! Like, I get that this is from 1988, but did Pixar really have to make him look THAT realistic? They were better off making the baby just as cartoony as the toys. The rest of the movie was just a SLOG! The pacing moves at a snail's pace (probably even SLOWER), and there's NOTHING to the story another than Tinny trying to run away from the DEMON that is Billy. No really, that's the whole plot! This is only 5 minutes, but it feels like it goes in for 5 HOURS! I have nothing! I don't even think children under the age of 3 would like this because of the baby, and anyone over 3 would probably find it TEDIOUS! I would NOT recommend this "mOvIe". 1.2/10: Just avoid this like the plague…..unless you want to waste 5 minutes and 36 seconds of your time, I guess. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/20/23 Full Review jason a We all know how pixar had limited animation in 1988 but instead of being a fun little short this animation could be classified as a horror film. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member It's amusing and interesting to see what is essentially a prototype Toy Story but good Lord, the baby has aged horribly even if it works in the context of the narrative. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review s r Another film short that is sweet. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This is one of the weakest Pixar shorts. It has a few good moments and excellent animation on the toy, but the baby is terrifying, the short is overlong, and there isn't much to gain from watching it. Overall, it's bad but not terrible.
