Script and animation are like watching a low budget Saturday morning cartoon.

I came into this movie skeptical. "Titanic: The Legend Goes On," how can the legend go on, if the sinking of the titanic has not been established within this cinematic universe. I have been struggling to be able to drink eggs my whole life, after watching this tear-jerking, Oscar worthy, masterpiece of a film, I quickly ran to my refrigerator and drank my first egg. This movie has changed my life, for the better. Anybody who rates this film below five stars doesn't deserve the privilege of cinema. The two individual songs (especially the Party Time Rap), inspired me to become a musician (visit @kathryngodum on insta; but more on that later). The establishing shots of the Titanic shown after each 30 second scene, really rang home the true tragedy of the Titanic. I found myself almost forgetting I myself was not on the Titanic. Not only that, but I appreciated the use of rats, which culturally diversified the movie (having No racial stereotypes or racism At All). The reference to pre-existing Disney movies not only brought back childhood nostalgia, but also connected it to the Disney Universe. The only thing the movie was lacking, was Spider-Man swinging in to save the Titanic. This, however, is merely an artistic suggestion, because this movie presents no flaws. At All. If you think you've seen romance, you've never seen anything quite like this. When William is in the hallway with Angelica, he proves he is truly in love with her by the gentle caressing of her hand resting her dirty laundry. This point is fortified during the montage that is shown when he is feeling depressed without the true love of his life being in the room with him. This jaw-dropping, tear-jerking montage is truly a work of art in its depth depiction of love because it shows longing, featuring the only two scenes they have ever interacted in. This demonstrates for children (it being, a family movie) that even though you may see someone briefly, they could be the love your life worth dying for. An often forgotten scene is the robbery scene, in which (in the English translation) they grunt. Lastly, we may not forget, the tragedy of the legendary Titanic (: goes on). The usage of identical cutaways in which water thunders into the ship demonstrates how devastating this event might have been (hence: it being a legend). The movie is smart, having the men take buckets of water and dump them back into the water. The working lower class and the importance of their work is highlighted within this scene. Splendid positive messages, thank God not one actually died on the Titanic. To close things off, I need address what I said in the beginning about my music career. I am Elton John. All things considered, this was the best movie that was, is, and ever will be.

"Party time! It's party time! Everybody's feelin' fine 'cause it's party time!" Titanic: The Legend Goes On... is a mildly inappropriate and poorly made animated film that tells a Cinderella story aboard the ill-fated luxury liner. When a young orphaned girl named Angelica meets a rich and handsome young man named William, the two fall in love while traveling on the Titanic; meanwhile an elderly dowager works with a pair of bumbling thieves to rob first class passengers. The animation is substandard, with rather generic and cartoonish looking character designs. And the script is incredibly weak, doing very little character building and leaving tons of loose plot threads. At times it kind of works and is fun to laugh at (there's a rapping dog for goodness' sake), but Titanic: The Legend Goes On... is just too much of a mess to really enjoy.

This movie has no real plot because the writing consists of a bunch of phoned-in stories that are tied together extremely poorly, the characters are all a bunch of shameless ripoffs of a countless number of Disney and Don Bluth characters, the racial stereotypes presented are downright cringeworthy, the voice acting is just pitiful, and the rap number comes out of absolutely nowhere. As horrendous and disrespectful as this movie is, it's still not exactly as bad as the abysmal Legend of the Titanic from 1999 (although the animation here looks even worse), but it still should never be shown to anyone's kids no matter what.
