Alexander W Pretty funny! And Kelly Chen is very pretty. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/02/13 Full Review Audience Member Interesting use of Spanish music, terrible use of generic action music. The car transporter and boat scenes are worth watching. Hokey, but good fights and directing. The last movie released on Laserdisc. Was there any raiding? The alternate translation "Tokyo Cheats" fits better. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A fun if possibly too convoluted action flick, this one has some really fun fight scenes and chase choreography. I especially enjoyed Tony Leung in his role as a bad-ass detective. Good stuff. Well worth a rental. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Comedy with action. There is a plot but it is well overshadowed by the action (which is not useless) and the comedy comes of the interaction between characters. Personally, I am in love with this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Nice movie with lots of action. Has some inventive moves at start and middle which reminded me of Jackie Chan's films. Story's ok, and there's good direction. It's a solid piece of light entertainment - nothing new but not too James Bond or Gangster. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member A comedy action with lots of sweet talk and good techniques of martial arts and stunts. A fun cast to watch with a combination of Chinese and Japanese actors. Tony Leung, Ekin Cheng and Kelly Chan all put up a good performance from silliness to seriousness. Otherwise it was fun to watch. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
