Audience Member I hate this kind of Tomie... ugly bitchy but it still has a story. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Delusione Shimizu :( Forse è il momento di prendere una piccola pausa dalla saga... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Well. It beats the first and the Replay ones, but it's still about as scary as Pocahontas. The acting is above average though. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The Grudge director Takashi Shimizu takes on a Tomie film. Miki Sakai (Norie Kinoshita of Shoro Nagashi) and Shugo Oshinari (BattleRoyale 2) star in another Tomie sequel with a taste of his own creative directorial workings making it one of the finest Tomie films to date. Synopsis: Hideo Kamata (Oshinari) and his friends bury Tomie after witnessing her death. Thinking it can all be forgotten, the victim appears before their eyes to take revenge in the only way possible; the Tomie way. I'm so sure you can familiarize with Takashi Shimizu films; if that's so, then you'll most definitely be able to identify that style of directing towards the Tomie franchise that Shimizu always puts in most of his movies. Much like The Grudge sequels, comedy and horror has always been a great blend for movie making and adding some of that tasteful amusement to a Tomie flick makes for a laughable and extraordinary look at. Miki Sakai plays Tomie cleverly beautifully only doesn't seem to give enough of an evil sided disposition the character is usually like. Perhaps she gives a more humanly touch then your averagely twisted "bakemono", but she certainly delivers a performance worth the laughter comedy element given. Only if there were a spot at a podium for one of the best tomie actresses, Sakai may had attained gold. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member It's Tomie.. nothing special. None of them are that good.. But they're just entertaining. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Typical Tomie movie. This one actually has the most climactic ending, and answers some of the questions that were still left open from the original, like how does Tomie possess other women. It is also the first film to actually have two Tomies confront each other. Unfortunatley, this is the least attractive actress to portray the title character.
