Audience Member A very unusual but truly interesting drama about a young man; who is much like his own father when it comes to lustful pleasures to women. Eventually progresses to individual morals within the conflict of his many different relations. Beautifully shot by Shinji Aoyama along with some truly exceptional performances, the film's subject matter kept me interested all the way through the plot and character development. These are utterly flawed characters with such sentimentality its hard to find any sort of connection. Thus you have an accomplished feature based on a novel that explores human sexual nature, dirty habits and social change. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
