One of the most beautiful and touching films I've ever seen. It deserved a much wider release. One of those very rare films that makes you think about your life and life in general in a different way. It moved me in a not dissimilar way to It's a Wonderful Life. I guess from the average audience score it's a bit of a marmite movie, but I loved almost everything about it. The only think I didn't love, which made it a 4 not a 5 star movie with me, was that when I saw the first Middle Aged White Guy I just KNEW he was gonna be a sleazy predator and so he proved to be. Then, just to rub it in, so was the only other M.A.W.G. But overall, a very heartwarming and excellent movie.

A film with a ton of heart. It holds a strong message about our humanity that couldn't have come at a better time. It's charm shines even brighter as a low budget indie because it allows for the caring hand of it's director to really show. With a nuanced humor that feels perfect for it and strong acting moments. This continues to prove a story's impact will always outweigh how much money it's had. It's directed with a gentle hand, and tackles, through riveting simplicity, a complex conversation about our core values.
