Jithin K So, even thought the franchise is named after Torchy, it's more like having three main leads where Torchy gets into all the trouble and the grumpy Steve will be there to save here even if he doesn't approve the things she does. The plot here is supposed to have some tension but after an early reveal, it's mostly just a bit of annoyance for the most part. The Gahagan character is what makes these films watchable.
