Audience Member Good action, good simulation (for 1958), fair plot. Still not sure why he did not set the torpedoes to run deeper and go under the transport to hit the carrier... may not have worked but if it would have, then, of course then no plot! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Torpedo Run holds up better better than most old submarine movies and appears to be technically more accurate than most. It's not up to the standard of Das Boot, but definitely worth watching. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the great submarine movies! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Not the greatest of it's genre as it doesn't explore too well Glenn Ford's dilemma and psyche, but as an action drama it does tick the box.
