Lawyer Thomas (André Hennicke) has been eyeing young blonde Leyla (Nina Hoss) at his local swimming pool. When she clumsily drops her things one day, he swoops in to help and then asks her on a date. Surprisingly, she accepts, and they eventually make their way back to his apartment. The next morning, Thomas finds that Leyla is gone, along with his laptop containing his documents from work. His search for the mystery woman leads him to Blum (Sven Pippig), a shy ex-con.
