10 años después de haber concluido la trilogía, la saga regresa con esta cuarta película que no solo trae de vuelta a Toxie, sino que hace que la saga regrese a las raíces de la primera película. Todo empieza con una apertura que rompe la cuarta pared mofándose de la segunda y tercera entrega declarando que no fueron buenas películas y que esta cuarta entrega es una recuela de la primera película. Hasta para hacerlo más creíble, la pareja de Toxie vuelve a llamarse Sarah. Esta película ofrece lo que ha hecho que la primera película generara impacto en su momento, pero multiplicado. La película conserva el humor caricaturesco de las demás películas, pero la única excepción es que ofrece un humor que está sin duda al nivel de South Park. Regresa el gore y la violencia con un gran nivel de lo absurdo. Hay múltiples chistes y escenas referentes a lo sexual, desnudos sin frenos, humor escatológico, momentos grotescos que impactan al ojo del espectador sin piedad y muchos momentos políticamente incorrectos que hacen de esta película algo sacado de South Park y Drawn Together. Sin duda la película es desagradable y divertida al mismo tiempo. Puede que este al mismo nivel de la película original y también se la podría considerar la mejor o la peor al mismo tiempo según la sensación que genere. Aunque no sea mucho, la película cuenta con cameos llamativos que incluyen a Stan Lee, James Gunn, Eli Roth, Corey Feldman, Lemmy de la banda Motorhead y Tom Fulp, el creador del sitio web Newgrounds. Lo que es quizás lo más memorable de esta película es que decidieron incluir a Kabukiman haciendo que esta película sea un crossover llamativo para los fanáticos de Troma. No cabe duda de que Toxic Avenger IV logra hacerle honor a la película original, siendo la secuela más divertidamente escandalosa que esta saga pudo tener. Mi calificación final para esta película es un 9/10.

We are now on the fourth one and we have suffered enough but not enough. Lets crank up the offense materiel and sex and bring the blood back and remake back to the future part 2 badly, for whom, I turned away it's too hard to watch bad acting, bad story, no humor and no worth while reason. This whole franchise should have been one film nothing more.

So let me get this straight. A 98-pound nerd from New Jersey lands in a vat of toxic waste and becomes a benevolent monster now that same mutant superhero rises from the sludge to save a group of students held hostage in Tromaville. and how does this clear up Sarah the love interest and later wife of the Toxic Avenger in the first movie She's blind, but still falls for Toxie. In this 4th movie, she was married to him and it's unknown why she wasn't seen or mention in the second movie and third movie since he's with a different woman named Claire and face off a evil doppelganger just so you know a doppelganger is often portrayed as a ghostly or paranormal phenomenon and usually seen as a harbinger of bad luck.
The 1th Avenger is an upcoming American superhero comedy horror film written and directed by Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz and it was a great movie
but this 4th one was the worst in the world i will admit it got good near the ending

i am not mad at the fact the name is diffrent i am mad that it is back to Sarah in this 4th one. You cannot get us to be loving one girl that being Sarah

was a better love interest for Toxie In Tromaville, a gang of three men are holding up a Mexican restaurant. The men kill one of the patrons and attack a blind woman named Sarah. They kill her guide dog and attempt to rape her, but are stopped by the Toxic Avenge Toxie wreaks bloody vengeance on the three men. Afterwards, he takes Sarah back to her home where they begin to get to know one another and become involved sexually with one another.The Toxic Avenger returns to the health club. There, he attack popular girl Wanda in a sauna and burns her on the heater.

i liked the 1 2 and 3 films this 4th one had notting to do with the last 3

None of these movies were good, but the first one at least was so ridiculously horrible on purpose that it was actually astonishing. It was something that people who are fans of bad movies might actually like. The three sequels were failures to even recapture what worked about the original. This one is a flailing mess, trying way too hard to be offensive, that serves as nothing more than a cameo parade for celebrities who were fans of the previous movies.
