Robbie Collin News of the World What would Ray Winstone sound like if he did a South African accent? Answer: Exactly the same as he would if he was doing a London, Italian or Kathmandu accent. Like either a homicidal tuba or Muttley with a hangover. Rated: 2/5 Apr 30, 2011 Full Review Independent (UK) Rated: 4/5 Apr 29, 2011 Full Review Xan Brooks Guardian The scenery is glorious, but the movie's a hard slog all the same. Rated: 2/5 Apr 28, 2011 Full Review Andrew Hedley Flicks (AU, NZ, UK) A relative lack of action, pared with simplistic message-movie sentiments, that hampers what in any other case is a solid movie. Rated: 3/5 May 16, 2011 Full Review Trevor Johnston Radio Times Ultimately, the drama's more satisfying than exciting, but it's a solid entertainment nonetheless. Rated: 3/5 May 5, 2011 Full Review Graham Young Birmingham Mail With Winstone in the lead you won't expect it to have the action power of Seraphim Falls, which starred Pierce Brosnan and Liam Neeson in 2006, but prepare to be surprised. Audience Member A very good, well acted film set in a beautiful country. I really enjoyed this film and thought both Ray Winstone and Temuera Morrison had great on screen chemistry, there were even some moments between them I found quite funny. Would definitely recommend this film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a fantastic movie set in the 1900s in New Zealand. It reveals the story of the bounty hunter and the hunted. It tells the story of two people from two very different places in the world and...... well .....I won't tell you the plot as that will spoil it for you. If you've been to New Zealand the stunning scenery will show you why you should go back if you haven't been to this movie will certainly entice you to go there. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review adam b I didn't really expect much from this film but was pleasantly surprised by time the film ended.
