Robert C at the 1:25:40 mark, during the big gunfight with the shooter on the roof, our hero hides behind square bales of straw in front of some livery business. The straw bales would not only provide no protection from bullets, they are minimum 75yrs off . "What are these?" is what any hero of the day would have said. "These are great. So handy. Ouch. They don't stop bullets though..." All the same, I give this a 3 / 5 for ole Kris Kris and the wolf story, and i like Tom Sizemore too. I’d like to see more of these as hopefully Hollywood is realizing every movie don’t need to be a blockbuster. There are plenty western stories like this that need to be told and retold. Frequent use of nasty language for a woman's private got old and the f-word and sex scenes make this western pretty offensive for a "not rated" movie. It's the only reason I'm reviewing it actually, to warn others. Horribly low budget. It's the movie taken re-made into garbage.
