Slip (Leo Gorcey) and Sach (Huntz Hall) have started a business in which they use a telescope to spy on celebrities. But the situation turns serious when they witness a murder at the hotel across the street. With the help of their police officer friend, Gabe Moreno (Gabriel Dell), Slip and Sach go investigate -- but they're mystified when they find the body is missing.
