As many times as I rolled my eyes, there were countless more when my heartstrings were effectively tugged, my funny bone whimsically tickled. Most importantly, my affections were tenderly won over.

The film Trust in Love attempts to catalog the most issues in an effort to follow a family going through the end of a longtime marriage. The issues do end up being a lot for one plot to handle.

Very likable film and transcends cultural moments using a combination of comedy, romance and empathy that families go through. Teaches us that even the roughest patches in life can find solutions bringing people back together . It sheds light on modern teens having a substantial different experience compared to previous generations. The characters and acting in the film was fantastic!

The characters are really likeable and, despite some tense moments in it, the film is really sweet. The portrayal of the music business in the film is hilariously accurate too - with everyone staring at their phones. The father-son relationship made the movie for me - the care Mickey takes with his son is beautiful.
