Audience Member Really good movie kinda indifferent about the ending Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review jesse o While I'm a huge fan of Song Kang-Ho...this isn't a good movie at all despite a, typically, strong performance from Kang. I just think the movie is really quite dull to watch and there's no real story to it for most of the time. I think it gets better as it nears the end when you see how hard Kang tries to quit 'the life' for the sake of his family just so at the end, he's right back where he started. But the movie waits until it's too late and it ends up being just an average movie. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Fatherhood is difficult, even more so when you are a gangster. Nice slice of life piece. Funny parts, sad parts, with a bittersweet ending. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member story of a dad who's been in the gangster world much longer than the family wanted haha. acting is fantastic. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member "Korean Week", Day 5. Song Kang-ho delivers yet another knockout performance in this terrific gangster drama. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member operates in a strange realm of humour and crime that works in some areas and not so much in others. but kang-ho is superb as always which makes the film enjoyable.
