Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com Uninvited, recently released on Netflix, is so anticlimactic that it almost makes you feel bad. Rated: 1.5/5 Jun 5, 2025 Full Review Paul Emmanuel Enicola Movie-Blogger.com Even when the camp takes hold in a third act that generally underwhelms, Vilma Santos and Aga Muhlach’s performances are more than enough to offset the film’s other shortcomings. Rated: 3/5 Jan 21, 2025 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix Uninvited is exactly the tawdry melodrama it appears to be. It’s a predictable story about a vigilante mother on a murderous vendetta. The terrible acting performances drag the movie down to cringeworthy levels. Jan 19, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Mike W This was so badly acted, I can't begin to capture the impact it left. I had heard so much about Vilma Santos but this picture seems more like a bad outtake from a campy soap opera, a really really bad soap opera. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/25/25 Full Review Dan C R Finished watching UNINVITED (2025) via Netflix. Wow ! one of the best Pinoy thrillers I’ve seen. Still with a few flaws but Dan Villegas the director manages to sew a remarkable thriller in terms of its pacing as well as the building up of the tension with Dodo Dayao’s script which I think was inspired from the Calauan, Laguna murders of two teens led by the mastermind, Mayor Antonio Sanchez. Vilma Santos, still an admirable actress with great control in acting, Aga Muhlach captured the mental derangement of his character. Go watch this Pinoy movie on Netflix ! 5 out of 5 Biscuits. Amusing Post-credit scene here 👍 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/08/25 Full Review Audience Member Sayang oras. Pinipilit ko na magustuhan to dahil puro mga de kalibreng artista ang mga involved pero waley talaga. Nakulangan, naghahanap pa ko ng mas maraming thrill, intense. Sa soundtrack, panalo un Hahamakin ang Lahat ni KZ & Arthur Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 06/07/25 Full Review Florencio V This film was one of the most exhilarating film of the Philippines' Metro Manila Film Festival. The film actors, particularly Vilma Santos, the Philippines' equivalent of Meryl Streep gave an effective amount of angst and physical portrayal that equal to Liam Neeson revenge action films. When this film was showed to its audiences, they were clapping and cheering for the ending climax. Aga Muhlach and Nadine Lustre gave a very unconventional performances, different from what they done before and contrary to their sweet public personas. The technical aspects of this film is far superior than other films recently came from the local industry. Cinematography captured the rich surroundings of the main characters. The sound is gripping adding suspense, and the production design is commendable. There are a few mishits in the story line buts it's forgivable, like where are the security people in the party when Eva is starting her killing spree? Overall, this film is a must see film! I believe, it's still showing internationally, it's next stop is Singapore, and Los Angeles, California at the Manila International Film Festival (March 4-,7 2025). Two thumb up! - Rendt Viray (Feb 2/25) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/02/25 Full Review Read all reviews
