Christian H I made an account just to say this is the worst movie I have ever seen. It has top-tier talent but the acting is not good, and the visuals are much worse. The plot makes no sense and I don't really understand the ending. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review PurPle B If you did not find this movie compelling or "watchable" you are a dolt. This movie is as good or better than most other movies in this genre. Didn't like the end? Part two you koontz!!!!! @dannymasterson Masterful piece of art and beauty. Please more more more Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review jelisije j A terrible low budget film and the only highlight is Pierce Brosnan. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This is possibly the worst film ever made but I enjoyed 4-5 minutes in total. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member After quitting Thunder Force starring Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer wenty minutes into it, we decided to watch the first movie that showed up on Amazon Prime that neither of us had ever heard of before. What could go wrong? Hey, Pierce Brosnan was in it. How bad could it be? Unfortunately, worse than Thunder Force. Pierce can really chew the scenery. Danny Masterson as the male lead, a malignant Elan Musk - sorry if that's redundant - takes his friends to an island to wine, dine, and unwind them with a psychedelic drug called "Urge" that can only be taken ONCE which is more than I can say for this movie. We could barely make it through once. Pretty girls, a carnivalesque, bacchanalian, disco party scene, incomprehensible characters, and plot be damned. If you can't figure out the "deus ex machina" in this one, you should have stuck with unfunny, dull, and completely predictable Thunder Force. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member A movie which is as shallow and soulless as its characters. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Christy Lemire RogerEbert.com A movie that's as empty and unlikable as the characters themselves. Rated: 1/4 Jun 3, 2016 Full Review Noel Murray Los Angeles Times The lack of any likable characters ultimately undoes "Urge." Kaufman and Stahl have made a classic party-throwers mistake: overrating the entertainment value in watching other people get high. Jun 3, 2016 Full Review Allison Rose FlickDirect In his directorial debut, Aaron Kaufman makes a few mistakes, but, overall, offers a decent view of this indulgent lifestyle. Rated: 2/5 Sep 26, 2019 Full Review Marija Djurovic Cairo360 The absurdity of Urge is awfully difficult to put into words -- it's just one big mistake. Rated: 1/5 Nov 1, 2016 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Drugs can kill, but in this tawdry thriller, you just wish they'd get it over with a little quicker. Aug 5, 2016 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com It's a terrible movie, incoherent and absurd, with Kaufman completely incapable of inspiring anything besides a headache with what's sure to be one of the worst films of 2016.
