🇪🇸 Esta película de terror dirigida por Paco Plaza está inspirada en un caso real, el Expediente Vallecas, sobre Estefanía Gutiérrez Lázaro, una joven de 18 años que murió en 1991 tras practicar una sesión de ouija en su instituto. Tiene un terror bastante efectivo y que no necesita mostrar imágenes explícitas para asustar y se basa más en el ambiente que genera cada una de sus escenas. Es bastante intensa y tensionante, todos los actores hacen un excelente trabajo, incluido el pequeño niño. Puede que carezca de una historia innovadora, al tener muchos elementos recurrentes del género, pero hace un buen trabajo con lo que tiene, un diseño de sonido estupendo y un tercer acto que pone los pelos de punta.

My sister sent me a screenshot of a social media post that said, "Netflix horror film is so terrifying it's forced viewers to turn it off." The only thing terrifying here is that I believed the hype. Poorly written, and definitely not scary. If I could, I'd submit a claim seeking reimbursement for time lost and promises unfulfilled.
