V/H/S is hindered by the onslaught of unlikable, misogynistic characters in nearly every one of its segments, but it succeeds due to creative premises and the effective use of the found footage technique to achieve shocking, intense, and scary moments. It surprised me on the content of the film .Most found footage dont feel found they feel like they're just recorded poorly. However the scenarios in this movie feels very real (as real as supernatural films can feel).It also started one of my favorite found footage series of all time.
