I thoroughly enjoyed this film. I really don't understand the negative reviews. The acting was great in my opinion and had a brilliant strong female lead. Fantastic storyline and excitement throughout. This is the story of the true heir who has been deceived by a wicked uncle.

Story has promise even though it's getting generic by now. The pacing can be slow at times and acting for some characters is indeed subpar. The ending can be a cliffhanger which I don't think it will be resolved. Overall it felt like a low-budget film.

I sat through this garbage pile because I believe low budget movies are in danger of extinction. However, if this is the byproduct of low budget movies then may I recommend opening hunting season.

I'm almost at a loss for words. I, hardly ever, give bad reviews, but this movie was atrocious. I get what they were going for, but it didn't quite hit the mark. Aside from the horrid acting, and the (more often than not) ridiculous costumes, they actually put makeup on the actors. I wasn't aware that Vikings wore lipstick. Lol. I was hoping for, at least, a SYFY channel, equivalent film. But, sadly, this was nowhere near that. Not even Terrance Stamp could save this atrocity...and I adore him. Pity.

A case of Viking Vomit splattered across the screen. An amazingly misplaced sex scene was the only surprise in this miserable movie of bloated battles, stilted speeches, and pointless parades of mugging extras, wriggling worm-like in their talentless tribe of trash.

I enjoyed the movie. When I read the description, I thought it was similar to a story my and my daughter's D&D characters are going through. After watching I thought, wow, it's a twisted version of our story.
