Traveling salesman Herbert Harris (Eric Sykes) makes a surprising discovery when he visits an isolated Italian village: It's brimming with single women looking for husbands. In fact, there's only one bachelor remaining in town, a marriage-seeking man who is understandably overwhelmed by the many choices of brides available.
