dave j Written and directed by Gary Michael Schultz with Emile Hirsch playing Vincent and Zoe Kravit playing Roxxy, either meet by coincidence or by chance when a car purposely hit the vehicle Roxxy was driving. Vincent then goes after her attacker by hitting him with his '70s Chevelle before offering her some seclusion. At this point viewers are somewhat oblivious why she was sought after, only then it would come back to hunt her toward the end. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member A great slowburn character study that explodes in the third act. Wonderful performances by Emory Cohen and Zoe Kravitz Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review steve d There isn't enough to make you care about the characters or their situation. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Slow paced film, but interesting plot. A bib bloody, but overall a good movie. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review farah r A gory and violent revenge thriller that lacks the proper execution. Vincent N Roxxy has a compelling premise but not the right script, acting, or climax to do it justice. The love story which is supposedly the heart of this movie is bland and uninspired although Hirsch and Kravitz had the chemistry to pull it off. There are just too many wrongs and not enough rights to forgive the cliches in this underdeveloped B-movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member the music was more compelling than the characters. very uneven. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/23/18 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

David Ehrlich indieWire For a movie that doesn't quite know what it's trying to say about violence, it sure knows how to say it with vigor. Rated: B+ Jun 6, 2017 Full Review Christy Lemire RogerEbert.com A nasty little piece of B-movie trash that lacks both the verve to grab you as a guilty pleasure and the artistry to be taken seriously as a dramatic thriller. Rated: 1/4 Jun 2, 2017 Full Review John DeFore Hollywood Reporter Emile Hirsch and Zoe Kravitz, as strangers thrown together by a violent incident, enjoy an easy chemistry here, encouraging viewers to forget the menace that starts the story and, with startling violence, will end it. Jun 1, 2017 Full Review Jason Best What's On TV Be warned. It goes all Taxi Driver at the end. Which will be jarring for some but thrillingly right for others. Rated: 3/5 Dec 20, 2020 Full Review Marija Djurovic Cairo360 Underwhelming and underdeveloped, everything about what should have made this story dark and edgy - the material is all there is no doubt about that - falls disappointingly flat instead. Rated: 1.5/5 Oct 11, 2017 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue After flashing some imaginative style and attitude, this ultraviolent crime thriller devolves into a routine tale of outsider romance and revenge.
