christopher c. m This is a piece together movie from episodes from a TV show called "Giant Robo" in Japan or "Johnny Sokko and His Flying Robot" in America. As these type of movies go, it's one of the better one. But when they some characters they used for the first time in the movie is a second appearance which can confuse the audience if you don't know the show. And nostalgia this movie is a 5 out of 5 anything less is a travesty of Justice! giant robot attack! Cue the music I think the soundtrack should be remade and win a Grammy. Cue the special effects cutting edge George Lucas was inspired by this! Johnny sokko was like 11 years old and he's shooting a gun. The good guys are smoking cigarettes! Come on! Still, it's a good way to get the story in under two hours. Obviously the made-for-tv effects and low-budget keep it from looking like a movie, but Johnny Sokko was always a fun show, so this movie stays in that spirit.
