Adam Nayman The Ringer The tale of a trash compactor from the future who's desperate for connection isn't just one of Pixar's unlikeliest successes, but its most arresting and prescient. Jun 17, 2022 Full Review Deborah Ross The Spectator Much of the film is wonderfully imagined, and there is something utterly winning about this tin can topped with binoculars... It's just a shame that, at the end, it trips itself up with its own SENTIMENTALITE. Aug 23, 2018 Full Review Glenn Kenny MUBI Although Wall-E ends with a very apt and moving nod to City Lights, it is in fact Pixar's answer to Modern Times-both a bravura summation of everything the studio is great at and a "You ain't seen nothing yet!" statement of purpose. Dec 13, 2017 Full Review Brian Susbielles InSession Film Stanton directs a masterpiece that is to behold forever among the greatest animated films. Feb 14, 2023 Full Review Eve Tushnet Patheos Clever and endearing. I would not call this essential viewing but I enjoyed it more than I expected. Oct 21, 2022 Full Review Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review WALLE stands as the studios crowning achievement. Rated: 4/4 Feb 14, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Adam A. this movie is fantastic as both being a children’s movie and a message of what the future could look like. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/23/25 Full Review TROYS S It's genuinely one of my favorite movies of all time. The setting, the ambition, the sly critique of critics, the morals, the music. It's great. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/20/25 Full Review Romas M Greetings from Lithuania. "WALL·E" (2008) is a great animated movie. Because its theme is so good, its story is so great and animation is so ingenues, it is safe to call this movie a true masterpiece. I've see this film many times during years, and i highly enjoyed it every single time. It is ingenues picture that was very risky one back in the day - it literally features no human for the majority of the movies first half, and only speaking parts are made by robots in a very robotic way. It is inspiring movie as well, and just a great science fiction story. The whole opening long sequence featuring WALL·E doin g his daily routine stuff in nothing short of a thing of beauty. And the music is perfectly done here. Overall, "WALL·E" is that one rare Pixar's masterpiece that is more enjoyable for grown ups then to the youngest ones. It has wonderful ideas and realizes them perfectly. This is one of the all time best animated movies. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/14/25 Full Review Mirocko B Still the GOAT. What is there to say. A modern classic. Will be remembered and loved, Long after you and I are gone. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/12/25 Full Review Leon M This Movie is pure art. Absolutely great ! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/02/25 Full Review Austyn P So adorable, magical, empowering, and beautiful. The message of the movie was just so good.
