The “It” man and associate make this a grind house type movie. Same off beat characters and pace. They make police corruption an art form. A little gutter-like yet totally different and enjoyable! Better than most of the “slop” Enjoy and munch some popcorn!

What a hidden gem. Very non-conformist, refreshingly unusual and unadapted in many aspects but not to the extent that the plot is completely unbelievable. I liked the performance of many of the main actors. Special tribute to Paul Reiser.
