WARHORSE ONE follows a desperate civilian rescue attempt set in motion shortly after the 2021 withdrawal of the United States military from Afghanistan. It’s pretty good, it’s entertaining, there are some tense scenes. It’s not the best war film out there, but it’s ok for a non-war-knowledgeable human.

Lots to like about this film. Honest portrayal of military action, likeable characters, and a good twist by adding a little girl to the plot line.

As a military veteran, I found this movie to be quite realistic in its portrayal of military operations. The lead actor delivered a compelling performance, and I was drawn into the intriguing plot. I genuinely enjoyed the story and found the ending satisfying. While the portrayal of the antagonists could have been more nuanced, those familiar with the Middle East might recognize that they weren’t entirely off the mark.

This movie was intense, suspensfull, and had a lot of action. The main characters were very likable and I cared what happened to them. I dont understand the negative reviews here. How is it the ridiculous John Wick series got such good reviews, but this one was barely noticed?
