Eric G May 16 The absolute worst acting and character design I have ever seen, EVER. I can't believe this train wreck ever got funding, it's like it was made by a High School drama class. I suspect the obvious eye candy has helped garner a few fans over the years. See more Jordan M 09/30/2024 Yes, it's a B movie, and yes, David Carradine's character is named "Kain" (and we're not going to talk about them using almost the same name he had in the "Kung-Fu" series as Kwai Chiang Caine?...OK), and yes, actress Maria Socas spends the entire movie topless, which is just fine with me. This is the kind of film we used to go to the drive-in to see, back in the day, and for that reason, it's actually rather fun and somewhat nostalgic. Reminds me a lot of Return of the Jedi and the Dark Sun campaign setting. I think a storybook version would be even better to experience. Lots of the potential to refine this movie into a storybook. The Return Of The Jedi was a better quality movie, but this is a better one in terms of maturity. See more 08/12/2020 I shamelessly love schlock movies. When David Carradine has the starring role in a film, I know it's going to be schlock-fun. Carradine brings his classic overly slow fighting style to sword fighting.
