"Seediq Bale" is a true epic, a rather impressive movie that retains the interest for the whole of the 4,5 hours of its two parts, and an excellent portrait of a relatively unknown part of Asian history.

Watched this movie long time ago. Can't speak for the movie itself too much, but what I do clearly remember is how BOTH sides of this conflict were pretty terrible people. No one to root for or feel sympathy to. Just a bunch of awful people slaughtering each other.
