Poking fun at the media, this film focuses on Julian Messenger (Ben Kingsley) and Lionel Powers (Gabriel Byrne), corporate bosses competing for control of a Los Angeles football team. Lionel and Julian both run newspapers and television stations, and they use their mouthpieces to smear each another. As the men wage their boardroom battle, Lionel's wife, Ariel (Mimi Rogers), and football stadium employee Jerry Pascoe (Chris Mulkey) are among the many observers drawn into the standoff.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Fairly entertaining - but a little disappointing considering the cast. And boy does Jeffrey Tambor ever look like Dr Phil in this movie!
