It has certain plot elements that seem interesting, but the film just is too slow and doesn't deliver enough to be entertaining enough. See more 10/27/2012 There isn't a ton of blood spilled in Blood City although this Sci-fi - Western cross has some interesting parts. A team of scientists place subjects (in their mind) into an old West town as slaves to test them for possible military use. Never quite hits the mark but not bad.
