Vikram Murthi RogerEbert.com A film that has a lot to say but lacking the appropriate way to say it. Rated: 2/4 Jan 26, 2018 Full Review John Anderson Wall Street Journal "West of the Jordan River" is as formally precise at it is politically unapologetic. Jan 26, 2018 Full Review Simon Abrams Village Voice The maddeningly unfocused Israeli documentary West of the Jordan River doesn't reveal anything insightful about Gaza settlers' reasons for either supporting or rejecting a two-state solution. Jan 25, 2018 Full Review Nora Lee Mandel Film-Forward.com Interviews mostly liberal Israeli politicians, journalists, and activists in civic organizations working to bridge the gap the government won't cross--feels sadly dated . Rated: 6/10 Jan 26, 2018 Full Review Frederic and Mary Ann Brussat Spirituality & Practice An Israeli director's look at the devastating fallout from the 50-year occupation of Palestine. Rated: 4/5 Jan 25, 2018 Full Review Simi Horwitz Film Journal International An annoying rehash of anti-Israeli sentiment in connection with the occupied territories. Audience Member Disjointed, biased review of what is going on in the West Bank. A very disappointing movie- it lacked depth, balance and any new information that is not already known. And he completely leaves out any context to make any claims the people he interviews believable. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
