Dallas Jenkins, creator of The Chosen, proudly reintroduces his heartfelt family film What If.... Still popular after its release 15 years ago, this faith-filled classic was inspired by Dallas Jenkins's favorite film, It's a Wonderful Life and follows Ben Walker (Kevin Sorbo), a businessman who abandoned his faith. One day, Ben wakes up living the life he was destined for -- married to his college sweetheart (Kristy Swanson) and serving as a small-town pastor. Featuring memorable performances by John Ratzenberger and Debby Ryan, the film blends humor, heart, and powerful family themes. To mark its 15th anniversary, Jenkins reunites with Sorbo, Swanson, Ratzenberger, and producer Michael Scott to reflect on its lasting impact in a special feature shown after the film. Don't miss this opportunity to experience What If's inspiring message on the big screen, inviting audiences to reflect on their own "what if" moments and find hope through faith.

Brian Costello Common Sense Media Predictable faith-based movie is heavy-handed and trite. Rated: 1/5 Jun 8, 2016 Full Review Mike McGranaghan Aisle Seat I felt affection for the film growing as I watched. It pulled me in with its warmth and its performances. Rated: 3/4 Sep 8, 2010 Full Review John Beifuss Commercial Appeal (Memphis, TN) A mash-up of 'It's a Wonderful Life' and the story of Saul's encounter with the heavenly light of Jesus on the road to Damascus, except in this case replace Saul with Kevin 'Hercules' Sorbo and the heavenly light of Jesus with John Ratzenberger. Rated: 2/4 Sep 3, 2010 Full Review Felix Vasquez Jr. Cinema Crazed A much more faith based remake of Brett Ratner's "The Family Man." Sep 2, 2010 Full Review Avi Offer NYC Movie Guru An enchanting, provocative, bighearted story that will inspire you to cherish the priceless values of family, faith, love and compassion. Rated: 8.19/10 Aug 21, 2010 Full Review Annie Young Frisbie Christianity Today Ultimately, What If . . . fails before it hits the 10-minute mark. Rebecca H I enjoyed this heartfelt movie! My only drawback, Wendy's character believability, music in love scenes was lacking. BUT Kevin Sorbo, and John Rayzenberger, the angel, performance, loved them both, great job! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/03/25 Full Review RaiderRo D Loved it. Perfect story. Sorbo/Swanson are great together & Ratzenberger is a great supporting character Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/10/25 Full Review Jeff B I love this movie, and watch it at least once a year. I weep joyfully out of thanksgiving every time I watch Wendy pray aloud from her closet for her wayward husband. God answers every prayer. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/06/25 Full Review Robert Austin E First time seeing Kevin Sorbo with a little humor in him.
