Rita Felicia I Oct 12 I really like this film. Many areas of interest tlhe children their honest observations of how adults appear to them. It faces family issues divorce death family and different interactions with a dark clever humour The scenery also is quite lovely . See more David B Sep 26 We loved this small British film with a wonderful cast. We laughed out loud often, and got a little teary eyed once or twice. A great film for anyone who has kids, parents, grandparents, and loves them despite their imperfections. The Grandfather would be so proud of his grandchildren. Great acting by Billy Connelly David Tennant and Rosalind Pike but all of them upstaged by the 3 child actors. Like previous review can’t understand why this wasn’t more of a hit at the time? It had similar ingredients to any of the Richard Curtis comedies or Little Miss Sunshine. If you liked those movies, this is a must see!
